Craig Bock, M.A., CRC

Owner / Certified Rehabilitation Counselor

Craig is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor ("CRC") who has obtained a Masters of Arts Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. Craig began his professional career as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in 1997, and formed Bock Consulting in September 2003.

 

Craig is the current Past President of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals ("IARP" - Washington State Chapter), and is a registered vocational rehabilitation counselor with the State of Washington. Craig is an Adjunct Faculty Member for the Washington Self-Insured Association Industrial University program.


Craig is also a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, leading one on one and large group human development workshops and presentations. Craig effectively keeps his clients focused, motivated, purposeful and accountable.

Brice York, B.A., CDMS

Certified Disability Management Specialist
Brice is a Certified Disability Management Specialist ("CDMS") who obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration (with a concentration in Finance). Brice is a registered provider with the State of Washington, and is a member of the Washington Chapter of IARP. Prior to his work as a VRC, Brice was a financial analyst that developed and created financial, economic, and operational analyses for public and commercial clients that were involved in litigation or other disputes.

Lori Bellinger, M.A., VRC

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Lori is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor who obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy. In addition to the consulting services Lori provides Bock Consulting clients, she is our Logistics Engineer for firm wide operations.  Based on her second to none customer service skill set, Lori ensures that Bock Consulting offers the highest level of client satisfaction possible.  Prior to her experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Lori worked at Fairfax Psychiatric Hospital as a Program Specialist, working primarily with the adolescent population. She also worked with Adoption Search and Counseling Consultants addressing post-adoption issues, and was a Therapist at Compass Health in Everett. In addition to her experience as a Counselor, Lori has worked as an Account Executive for a major financial institution, managing accounts in Washington and California.

 

 

Kelly Schuelke, B.S., CDMS

Certified Disability Management Specialist
Kelly is a Certified Disability Management Specialist who obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. In addition to her significant experience in working directly with injured workers, Kelly's other rehabilitation-related experience has included working with developmentally disabled individuals, assisting with sheltered workshops and sheltered workshop employment, and placement of displaced workers. Kelly has also worked as a Victims Advocate for battered women, and has experience as an Underwriter for a major national insurance company.

 

 

Annette McGary, B.A., VRC

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor

 

Annette is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor who obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.  Annette is a registered provider with the State of Washington, and has provided a broad range of rehabilitation services to injured workers.  Prior to becoming a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Annette worked with pre-academic aged children in developmental and skill building programs, and supervised after-school instructional programs for school-aged children.

 

 

Ann Reeves, M.S., PHR, VRC

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor

 

Ann Reeves heads up our Kennewick office in Tri-Cities area of Washington.  Ann is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor who earned her Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.  After serving on active duty in the United States Navy as a career counselor and a translator in Spain, she pursued and earned her Masters degree in Business Management from Troy University.  Ann served as a management recruiter for British Petroleum in Chicago, and as a national training coordinator for TravelCenters of America in Cleveland. Upon moving to the Tri-Cities in Washington, Ann worked as the training coordinator for the 12-branch Mid-Columbia Library Systems, started and operated a professional resume and cover letter writing business, and has been an adjunct faculty member teaching courses in conjunction with the Small Business Development Center at Columbia Basin College.

 

Donna George, M.S.W., CRC

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor

 

Donna is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington. Donna has 26 years experience working with industrial injury claims in Washington State. In addition to her wide range of experience working effectively with injured workers, Donna has extensive experience assisting employers with managing their industrial insurance claims by setting up light duty return to work programs and providing job modification and accommodations.  She also has experience in performing ergonomic assessments.  Before coming to Bock Consulting Inc., Donna worked at a chronic pain management program and has extensive experience working with that population.  In addition to her experience in industrial rehabilitation, Donna has volunteered running group therapy sessions for individuals with Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder.

 

Jon Manthos, RN
Director of Medical Case Management Services / Medical Case Manager

 

Jon has 28 years of nursing experience. Jon has a strong background as a Nurse Manager, Regional Manager and Director in the field of Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis, acute dialysis and home training. He has also worked closely with Nephrologists, Surgeons, and Internal Medicine Physicians in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. He has worked as a Nurse Manager in Wound Care and Anticoagulation Management in an outpatient hospital setting. His experience as Manager of Quality Assurance and Physician Credentialing helps him to work closely with physicians. Jon also has extensive knowledge performing Claims Integrity Audits for insurance providers.  Jon is able to perform medical case management services in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Jerry Myron, BA, CDMS

Certified Disability Management Specialist

 

Jerry Myron has nearly 25 years experience in vocational counseling including approximately 8 1/2 years with the Department Of Labor and Industries. Jerry joined Bock Consulting in August of 2011. For the previous three years, Jerry had been the Vocational Services Specialist in the Self Insurance section at Labor and Industries. Jerry offers a unique combination of experience that includes extensive experience serving as the internal vocational expert in Self Insurance. In this capacity Jerry performed all vocational adjudication for Self Insured claims (including vocational determinations and plan reviews, forensic reviews, suspensions, etc.), consulted with department claims and legal staff regarding vocational issues, provided expert assistance and consultation to the private sector including vocational counselors, attorneys, and injured workers. In short, should a vocational question or issue arise it was Jerry's responsibility  to respond.

             

In addition  Jerry has also worked in every vocational capacity at the Department, including return to work programs in the regions, State Fund VSS, and the Vocational Dispute Resolution Office, as a Dispute Reviewer. This broad based experience has given Jerry a profound knowledge of the claims/ vocational process from the Department perspective.   

 

Private sector experience includes all phases of vocational counseling for a total of approximately 16 1/2 years. He has extensive expert witness experience testifying on a variety of cases in a number of settings including worker compensation and personal injury (including death cases). Jerry's focus is on case movement and complex problem resolution.
